Payments:
PayPal: Our shopping
cart is linked to the PayPal money transfer system.
PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
Discover Card and electronic check.
Check or Money Order:
If you wish to pay by check or MO, please send an
email with the items you wish to purchase.
Katydids will email back an itemized total with
a mailing address for the check. Once your
check has cleared, your items will be shipped.
Credit Cards: You can
use your credit card with PayPal which protects
you as the buyer. But if you do not wish to
use PayPal credit cards can be accepted directly.
Place your order by email, include a fax number.
Katydids will fax you an itemized invoice and a
charge authorization which you will be required
to sign and fax back. Once your charge has
been authorized, your order will be shipped.
Shipping: Items are
shipped priority or first class. All shipments
are insured and include delivery confirmation. Items
must be shipped to the credit card billing address.

Refunds: If you are
not satisfied with your purchase you must ship it
back to Katydids within 5 business days of receipt.
Please send an email to Katydids to inform us of
the return. Once the item has been received, Katydids
will refund the cost of the item. S&H charges will
not be refunded. It is recommended that you insure
your item as katydids will not be held responsible
for items lost in shipping.
